Home cooking with mountain flavours and aromas
The Maso Fior di Bosco’s cuisine combines ancient traditional Trentino recipes with other Italian and local dishes. Virginia and Serena, our chefs, carefully select each ingredient which is grown either by us or by local farmers, using fresh herbs in the spring from the meadows or mushrooms and game from the forests in the autumn. Lucio and Samantha pay the same attention to detail in serving the meals, the choice of wines and the grappas which are expertly flavoured by Lucio. The same also goes for the herbal teas prepared using medicinal herbs from our garden or picked in the mountains.
Our 19th century dining room: intimate and welcoming
The dining room is a traditional Val di Rabbi “snug”, with the original wood panelling recovered from the old family rooms (bedrooms) and featuring a green ceramic stove from the late 1800s. We serve breakfast and dinner in this intimate and cosy environment.
